Is God calling you to be a Benedictine Daughter of Divine Will?
If you think so, we encourage you to entrust everything to Mary. Climb in her motherly arms as a little child and don’t be afraid! If you are 40 years old or younger and your prayer continues to point in our direction, then fill out the form below and we can begin the journey of seeking God’s Will together.
Here’s how the discernment process works… We have no requirements and ask for no dowries from those interested in entering our community. Tell us a little about yourself in the comment box and we’ll get to know one another through email first. Then, if the Holy Spirit continues to guide you toward a religious vocation with us, a few Skype and/or telephone calls would follow. Lastly, before a final decision is made, each aspirant must visit either our Motherhouse in Maryville, TN or one of our convents in Italy for 1-3 months to see if she truly feels at home and at peace living the life of a Benedictine Daughter.
To contact us is not to join the monastery. It is only a beginning. And in the end, the only thing that matters is that you- and we- do God’s Most Holy Will in love. You’ll discover that God may even be more generous than you had imagined. If this is truly your calling, then a place has been prepared for you with us from all eternity!
